The Waste Heat Regeneration Dryer is a type of equipment that dries compressed air using the principle of pressure swing adsorption. When pressurizing the compressed air, it adsorbs the moisture in the compressed air, and when depressurizing and drying it, a portion of the dried compressed air is used to blow the adsorbent, thus regenerating it. The two towers alternate with each other and recycle to obtain dry compressed air. According to the different dew points of compressed air at atmospheric pressure, we will select different adsorbents. Common adsorbents include activated alumina and molecular sieves.

Waste Heat Regeneration air Dryer

The Advantage:

Sheng’er develops Waste Heat Regeneration air Dryer series waste heat micro gas consumption adsorption regenerative air dryers for centrifugal air compressors, oil-free air compressors, and other models with high exhaust temperatures and no oil. This series of products no longer relies on additional heaters. It fully uses the waste heat generated in the air compression process to regenerate the adsorbent. The cooling process only consumes a small amount of finished compressed air.
